LOADING AREA: The loading doors are located on the East Side of Beacroft Road,
just south of North York Blvd. The
Loading Dock/Receiving Area floor level is on the ground level of the
building. A freight elevator is
available to take large items and instruments up to the Rehearsal Hall
level.
PROGRAM SOUND:
A
monitor select and volume dial is located on the wall of the main
entrance. If program sound is switched
on in one of the venues you will be able to hear it through the speakers on the
wall.
When
program sound has been switched on in any of the three performance venues, it
can also be heard by turning the television set to the channel of the desired
theatre. Any of the three performance
venues can be viewed at any time by turning the television set to the channel
of the desired theatre.

Standard fluorescent
lighting illuminates the Rehearsal Hall.
There are 2 main control stations.
One is located at the main entrance and one at the second access door in
the opposite corner.
WASHROOMS: Washrooms are located just outside of the main entrance of
the rehearsal hall in the same corridor
.
ADDITIONAL: Located by the main entrance, the Rehearsal Hall has a bar
refrigerator and water cooler.
Tables can be requested.
Two coat racks are available
inside the hall.
Other groups may have
equipment or instruments stored in the Rehearsal Hall. These items are not to be used without the
written permission of the organization and owner of the equipment, which is to
be provided to Production Management in advance.
Please provide a Stage
Door sign in list to Production Management for the day of your rehearsal for
every member of your group that will require access to the building. All members of your group should enter via
Stage Door, which is located on the south side of the facility off of Beecroft
Road.
We request that groups of
children or teenagers be supervised at all times.
It is requested that you
tidy up after your group is finished in the Rehearsal Hall. This includes the removal of your group’s
items and personal effects, chairs and music stands neatly stacked and any tape
taken up off the floor unless otherwise arranged with a Production
Manager. If you anticipate a large
mess, additional garbage cans may be requested.
